    In order for us to provide the best possible learning environment for you, we need to be able to focus on planning, preparing and presenting the course for your comfort and that of your course mates.

     

    We ask that you read the following requirements carefully, so we can work together to create a positive learning environment for everyone.

     

     

    For Individual Registrations

    To complete the registration process, full payment must be made together with a completed application form. You will receive a confirmation email and receipt within 7 days of your registration. If you do not receive the confirmation email, you must contact us at Sales@AmplifyTSA.com or send a SMS to +65 9384 6141 immediately.

     

     

    For Company Sponsored Registrations

    To complete the registration process, full payment must be made together with a completed company application form for your learners. You must designate a Primary and Secondary contact with whom we can liase. You will receive a confirmation email and receipt within 7 days of your registration. If you do not receive the confirmation email, you must contact us at Sales@AmplifyTSA.com or send a SMS to +65 9384 6141 immediately.

     

    To complete the registration process, payment has to be made for the applied course. You will receive an SMS reminder (based on the mobile phone number indicated during registration) once the course is confirmed.

     

     

    What should I do I am unable to attend the scheduled course?

    Individuals wishing to Defer/Transfer/Withdraw from their confirmed class must submit a request to Sales@AmplifyTSA.com at least 14 calendar days before the commencement of the class. Any requests submitted less than 14 calendar days before will be subject to case-by-case approval.

     

    Companies wishing to Defer/Transfer/Withdraw/Replace their Learners with another employee must submit a request to Sales@AmplifyTSA.com at least 14 calendar days before the commencement of the class. Any requests submitted less than 14 calendar days before will be subject to case-by-case approval.

     

     

    Course Administration and Assessment

    Learners are required to be on-time for all scheduled events. This is to ensure your learning experience is optimized, and so as not to disrupt the learning experience of your fellow attendees.

     

    Some courses require the Learners to complete an examination and/or assessment to establish a Pass/Fail, or equivalent grade. Learners who are late for the examinations will not be allowed to join.

     

    In the event the course is cancelled by the organizer within 14 days of the confirmed course date, at no fault of the learners, a full refund will be made to learners.

     

    In the event the examination and/or assessment is cancelled by the organizer within 14 days of the confirmed course date, at no fault of the learners, a replacement date will be made to learners at no additional cost.

     

     

    Conduct and Bearing of Learners

    Your instructors and classmates may come from a different industries and bring with them a broad set of experiences. We ask that all our instructors and learners agree to create a safe and positive learning environment for everyone. Every one of our instructors are highly qualified in their respective fields, and have been carefully selected to lead, facilitate and instruct on the course-related subject matter. We ask that you work closely with them to help you achieve new insights and understanding.

     

     

    Dispute and Reconciliation

     

    There may be times when our services fall short of your expectations and that you want to be heard. Please write to us at Sales@AmplifyTSA.com with your full particulars (ie. Name, NRIC, gender, age, contact address and contact number) and your specific concerns. We take your feedback seriously, and look forward to working with you to investigate the matter.
